R. Mark MontgomeryR. Mark Montgomery is a co-vocational organic church practitioner, leading the Lansing BreakThrough Church of the Nazarene in Michigan, a network of 15 congregations in neighborhoods and marketplaces. He is the founder of the BreakThrough Equipping Network (BTEN), a kingdom-focus, missional organic leadership equipping and coaching service for the Church of Greater Lansing (COGL) association. Mark, a certified trainer with both DCPI and New Church Specialties, leads the Michigan District Nazarene NewStarts Team and serves as the facilitator of the Michigan Tri-District Church Planting Conversation. His incarnational perch is as a certified financial advisor in private practice in Okemos, Michigan. Mark's favorite congregation would meet on a golf course, where you can really get to know people. Mark and his wife, Val, have two sons, two cats, and two dachshunds (secret weapons in domestic missionary work). |
